This game was produced in 1989 by Data East, who now goes by the name Stern
Pinball and is the ONLY true mass-manufacturer of pinball machines left on the
planet! Data East is well known for tying timeless themes to great pinball machines and this game is no exception with it's high-action
and fast-playing layout. Playboy 35th Anniversary brings together the fun
and excitement of a party at the Playboy mansion with a pinball twist. What a
great theme for a pinball machine! This game has genuine
Data East style play with ultra fast ball movement and
LOADS of playfield action.
You'll love the music and hear the voice of Hef himself as you blast the ball
around the playfield. Shoot the ball up into play and watch it drop down
into Hef's arcade where the triple pop-bumpers will smash you around for a
bit. Blast away at the P-L-A-Y-B-O-Y targets and collect the playmate
awards for big points! Shoot the animal targets to increase your point
multipliers. Shoot into the grotto and lock the ball into the waterslide
kicker. Lock another there and get ready for a 3-ball MULTIBALL FRENZY
with a SUPER-JACKPOT shot! You can even land the ball into a hidden lower
kickback area and pop champagne with Hef as he blasts your ball right up the
ramp for you! That is just the
beginning... you have ramps, upkickers, drop-targets, loads of stationary targets, roll-overs, pop-bumpers,
slingshots, loop shots and more! The music and light show on this game a
fantastic feast for your senses that everyone can enjoy. You will NEVER tire of this
machine and it's vintage 80's coolness looks great in any home gameroom!
A fantastic example of this popular title! The playfield on this game is in fabulous
condition due to the fact that it has had a factory protective mylar installed
since the game was new. The
artwork plastics and ramps are in great condition with very few imperfections. The flippers have brand new linkages and
bats installed and and brand new rubber was installed throughout
the playfield along with all new plastic posts and lane guides. The original backglass
translight is in very good condition and is not a
reproduction.
The cabinet is
in excellent condition with minor blemishes and some touch-ups. The legs have been refinished
and new levelers were installed.

* A full diagnostic test and software configuration was performed
